Kitchen Killadi - Fried Rice

Here comes the ultra receipe from the world's ultimate chef, Vikram. How to prepare a Fried Rice? Often, when we attempt to prepare a fried rice, no matter however we prepare, we cannot even get close to how it's prepared in Fast Food or in any top star Hotels. But the following receipe will assure you that you get the actual FRIED RICE.

Deal-a No Deal-a?

Ingredients
Basmati Rice (Double Deer Brand) - 2 Cups
Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
Spring Onion - 2 nos
Chopped Capsicum - 1 Cup
Carrot (Cut Vertically) - 1 Cup
Cabbage (Shredded) - 2 Cups
Beans (Cut into tiny pieces) - 1 Cup
Egg - 2 Nos
Agino Moto - 2 Tbl Spoon
Sugar - 1 Tbl Spoon
Black Pepper - 2 Tbl Spoon
Soya Sauce - 1/2 Tbl Spoon
Oil - 2 Tbl Spoon
Salt - As needed (தேவையான அளவு)

Note : Ingredients quantity are subjected to ONLY one person. ஒரு ஆள் மட்டும் தான் சாப்பிட முடியும். Please increment the ingredients if you want to prepare for more people.

Instructions :
Take a frying pan. Before that please light the stove. Keep the frying pan (something that you use for frying pappad). Add oil in the pan and leave it for a minute. Now, add the chopped onions and fry the onions until the பச்சை வாசனை goes. Now take the raw egg and break it on to the pan. Keep beating the egg with a கரண்டி as the egg easily sticks to the pan which will make it difficult to scratch. Keep beating the egg in the pan so it becomes like a burjji. Now add the shredded cabbage, carrot, capsicum and beans to the pan and keep acting as if you are cooking something with the கரண்டி. This is very important or else அடி புடிச்சிடும்.
Now keep the stove in slim mode as you are going add a few more ingredients without disturbing the setup. Add the boiled basmati rice. Make sure the basmati rice is boiled in the correct format. I mean, the rice shouldn't stick. If you blow the rice, it should move and that's the பதம். After adding the rice to the pan, add salt, sugar, agino moto and soya sauce.
Why are we adding all these things? Salt, as everyone knows gives taste. Sugar will give color. Agino Moto gives flavour. Soya Sauce again gives color.
Now keep the stove in full flame and keep mixing the contents nicely and throughly. If you are an expert, you can even lift the pan and flip flop the contents but make sure you don't dump the contents on the floor by doing this circus.
இந்த மாறி பண்ணா சும்மா அந்தரா வரும்.

Please try to prepare fried rice in this format and write your valuable comments.

Meet you next time with another brilliant receipe!!!
